We at Smoke Alarm Testing Services (SATS) take the health and safety of our staff, customers and occupants of the homes we service very seriously and wish to update you on what we are doing in regards to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
As we are all aware of the impact that COVID-19 is having on the world, we have implemented strategies and measures to help do our part and limit any further spread of the virus. We have asked our technicians to be vigilant during this time, have implemented strict hygiene protocols and have asked that they keep a distance of 1.5 meters between themselves and others (where possible). We ask that in return, to please advise us if you or someone who resides in the property has: travelled overseas, come into contact with another person who has travelled overseas or is unwell. If yes, we will place a hold on your property to isolate it from booking for the recommended 7 day isolation period, at this point we will reschedule.
We are following the guidelines and recommendations provided to us by the Department of Health and any new updates will be communicated to you.
